formatting or in libcurl itself in how it prints error messages:

I say this because the actual filename should be:
library%2Flibtool%2Flibltdl/1.5.22%2C5.11-0.1
I suspect something is seeing the %2F and %2C and treating them as a
format specifier to be interpreted.
