Hi there,
I've got an updated webrev here that makes pkglint check the file
actions are using the overlay attribute properly:

The code went through a few rewrites to get to this stage, so it doesn't
make sense to include an incremental webrev here.

Hi all,
I've got a small webrev here which does further work to reduce the size
of the apache processes used by the system repository, by dropping a
bunch of modules we don't use. I'm also fixing a few small bugs and
rfes along the way:
18730 sysrepo should not cache syspub, versions and publisher responses
18728 htcacheclean needs configuration tweaks
18726 sysrepo_httpd.conf should load fewer modules
18701 sysrepo needs http/https proxy support
