With the recent putback of 18636 et al, the test suite is now able to
run in parallel.
To do that, use -j N where N is the number of tests you want running at
one time. In general, ctrl-c'ing the test suite when running in parallel
should work cleanly, but it's possible I've missed some corner cases so
please let me know if you see problems with it.
