Looks good but as Brock mentioned, a few files seem to have no
changes.
The mode was corrected on one file (pkgmerge.py); I see no other files
with 0 changes.
Also, have we decided on whether to document (via the manual page
and/or usage) linked images. I don't have a strong feeling either way
although I think the manual and usage should match.
I believe the consensus was they're not supposed to be documented; you'd
have to ask Ed why they're in usage still.
