Hi all,
Here's what I hope is the final round of content for the IPS Developer
Guide.
I've written more content, collated additional content from Bart, Danek,
Shawn and Brock, and have had a substantial amount of review from Alta
Elstad, Alan Coopersmith and others.
I've added some copyright boilerplate and tweaked the rendering of the
pdf as well.
