It is just a single-line change in the package manifest file.
While the change seems reasonable, it also seems like we shouldn't have to
manually tag every SMF manifest with a disable_fmri for itself.
Unfortunately, given that pkgdepend currently only outputs the svc fmri as
a set attribute on the package, not the manifest, I think that would require
first modifying pkgdepend, and as long as the pkg team is doing that, they
could just add the disable_fmri tags in there, though that is a bit outside
the normal scope of pkgdepend.
