We could certainly add this in the next update so that we then could take 
advantage of this in the future.

Can you elaborate on why you think we wouldn't want this?

Reading through the IPS dev guide I also found what may be another option.
If I understand it correctly, had the cacao-incorporation specified the
version of library/cacao like this:

depend fmri=library/[email protected],5.11-0.174.0.0.0.0.0 type=incorporate

changing "2.3.0.0" to "2.3", then IPS would allow us to install version
2.3.1 of library/cacao. Of course this again wouldn't help us in S11 11/11
but I wonder if this is a viable option for future releases of our unbundled
product when it doesn't line up with S11 release schedules.
