Excellent stuff, I'm happy to see it go! Are RE still using/running the
test cases for importer.py?
The changes look good, though I thought we still had some documentation
references to set-publisher.sh floating about somewhere, though I wasn't
able to find any.
There's bits of doc/manifest_preprocessor.txt that still refer to the
importer, though that document as a whole is pretty out of date.
wos_conversion.txt can probably also go, I think.
