Hi Danek,
There is nothing after "Details follow:" other than "[no errors accumulated]"
For other packages, pkg command works fine. So it doesn't seems to be a disk
issue.

Also from truss o/p I found that it is referring a hash key at the publisher
location at /var/pkg/publisher/<publisher>/pkg/Myspt/ which was not present.
So I copied a similar hash key from another host as the same hash key name that
pkg command was looking.
After that I was able to remove the package.

Thanks for all the reply.

Thanks & Regards,
Sajith

That is, nothing follows the "Details follow:" line other than the next
prompt?

If you truss the operation, do you see any errors? This smells like a
problem reading the disk, but it's hard to say for sure.
