I have a hard time believing that some other package on the system
shouldn't have a dependency on this instead of us. It doesn't seem like
a package that's solely needed for development.
There's also (two) bugs open to add this dependency to
developer/opensolaris/osnet.
So before adding it to ours, I'd like to see why *nothing* else on the
system has a require dependency on it (which seems very suspicious).
