Entire has two dependencies that have variant tags: smcc-incorporation and
xvm-incorporation.  In distro-import/Makefile, one is prefixed with
$(SKIP_i386) and the other with $(SKIP_sparc).  The same doesn't happen for
ldoms-incorporation, and I think that if you skip importing it on x86, then
the result of merging your repos should be that this one also has a variant
tag in the final entire.  I'd give it a shot, at any rate.
