I am getting this:

Is this a known issue?
This is specific to the systems in question and is indirectly triggered
by the the pkg://cacao/consolidation/cacao/cacao-incorporation package.
I've filed:
7149876 get_pkg_list can fail if versionless incorporate dependency is
installed
The solution for now is to remove the incorporates that have no version
from that custom package. incorporate dependencies without a version
serve no useful purpose, so this should not be an issue.
