Another suggestion:

    pkg set-publisher --no-refresh -G http://foo --proxy \* test

would remove all http://foo origins for the test publisher, regardless of
proxy (or not proxy).

Are we ever going to do anything useful with (or get rid of) the status
column?

Also (and I don't think this is this wad), are we moving towards a world
where you can enable/disable individual origins, including origin/proxy
pairs, without having to delete them?
