code? (Sadly...) Those can be separate RFEs of course.
Shawn and I talked offline and the answer here seems to be that there
isn't other matching code that needs this fix. We might want to add the
"most specific pattern" logic to the catalog matching code at some point
so that you could receive all build N packages except package foo which
you want at build M. Right now though, you'd just have to pull down all
build N packages as well as the build M packages you want, which doesn't
seem like a big deal.
