Mostly we suggest that folks who need write access to a repo do so via
filesystem interfaces.  Publication by the filesystem is generally far
faster, anyway, and you have the whole range of access controls filesystems
provide when you go that way, if you really need that kind of granularity.

When deploying the results of the publication, use pkgrecv to copy the bits
into the repo that your depot server points at.
