I've a short code review here that removes the well-intentioned, but
misguided support for authenticated web proxies from pkg(1) I've
another RFE filed to implement this better, though it's a low priority
at the moment.
This doesn't disable their use completely, it just goes back to the old
way these were supported in pkg(1), where users need to either set a
$http_proxy environment variable that contains their credentials (unless
they want to hardcode them in the url supplied to the --proxy argument,
which is not recommended at present, obviously)
