Hi experts,
We are working on a project which requires fetching all man page
files from Solaris 11 IPS repository.
It's something like:
1. going to IPS repository directory using 'cd' command
2. grep 'facet.docs.man=true' from all manifest file
3. copy #2 files under 'file' directory in repository
to specific output location
I can do above steps in script via NFS access.
My question here is whether we can do same thing by pkg or
related commands or not. How can I get specific facet marked
files only without installation ?
We can do it by direct access via NFS in few minutes, but
definitely it's better to use supported commands for us.
