Hello all :) So, finally evolution 2.6.0 was accepted through NEW and into experimental this evening :)
Gtkhtml 3.10.1, evolution-data-server 1.6.1 and evolution 2.6.1 are all ready in svn for uploads to unstable but we have to wait on the stack below them (gtk/libgnome/libgnomeui etc) to get fixed after the removal of libXrender.la/libXcursor.la. Those will probably be ready in a couple of days, and the new versions of our stuff can go into unstable. Gustavo Franco (stratus) has done a good job in pushing stuff using gtkhtml3.6 over to gtkhtml3.8/3.10, so soon we will be down to one source-package of gtkhtml. This could probably be maintained fully under the pkg-evolution-umbrella. Kitame: do you have any comments to this or would you maybe still like to be main maintainer of it, with pkg-evolution-maintainers as co-maintainers? - We should also probably look into integrating the other evolution-related stuff closer, now. Lawrence: you've got access to the svn-repository. Would you like to import and maintain evolution-exchange in there? Since I don't use exchange I haven't taken a look at it yet, but I hope it won't be to much work to update it to 2.6? Jeff: would you like us to maintain evolution-webcal in pkg-evolution? It's team-maintained by pkg-gnome at the moment, but it would probably be sensible to keep it closer to the core. Two more things: I've added this list + archives to news.gmane.org, so it's easily accessible over nntp. I've also added http://wiki.debian.org/Evolution Feel free to add to/update that page :) Cheers :) Heikki _______________________________________________ Pkg-evolution-maintainers mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-evolution-maintainers
