Not sure ;-)

0.9.8.1.1 -- which is not in Debian, but also not on the upstream
webpage ;-) Latest upstream is 0.9.8.1, also not in Debian.

Looks like cython is not completely ready yet -- maybe I should update
the Debian package ....
