Hi, I have just uploaded a big documentation update to
http://www.pymvpa.org It includes updated installation instructions for the 10 (speak: ten!) operating systems we are providing binary packages for. http://www.pymvpa.org/index.html#binary-packages It features a new 'Module Reference', as a more user-oriented middle ground between manual and API reference (This is still work in progress). http://www.pymvpa.org/modref.html We also started collecting a list of interesting papers, with very short comments and DOI links (work-in-progress). If you think something should be listed there, please post it here or email any of the developers. http://www.pymvpa.org/references.html >From now on, all available examples will be properly integrated into the manual. http://www.pymvpa.org/examples.html All these updates and improvements in conjuction with the full text search on the website should significantly increase the likelyhood that you can figure out how to use PyMVPA for the intended analysis. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: We now have the proof, that PyMVPA also runs on a cell phone. http://www.pymvpa.org/installation.html#requirements (Yarik could no longer stand the time without a running PyMVPA session, while being outside .... and I do understand that! ;-) Cheers, Michael -- GPG key: 1024D/3144BE0F Michael Hanke http://apsy.gse.uni-magdeburg.de/hanke ICQ: 48230050 _______________________________________________ Pkg-ExpPsy-PyMVPA mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-exppsy-pymvpa
