Dear pyMVPA experts,

I've been using analyze format (.img/.hdr) in SPM5 installed in window OS
and now I need to convert from analyze to nifti format in order to use the
pyMVPA.
As such, I wonder if there is any way to convert the img/hdr format to the
nifti and zip it as .gz format.
So, what could be the best way of doing it? I can also use the virtual unix
as well if it's easier.
Also, I assume that the bold.nii.gz contains all the images across all the
runs. am I correct?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 Thanks,
 YSL
