Greetings,
I have updated the atlas/lapack and shogun libraries on macports. The
changes make it so that bothersome setting of
DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH is no longer needed for shogun to work
properly. To take advantage of this, the previous builds will need to
be uninstalled first. To do so would look something like this:
$ sudo port -f uninstall atlas shogun
$ sudo port install shogun
Of course, do not forget to specify any custom variants you may
require (e.g. octave etc).
Please allow for approximately one hour after the receipt of this
notice for the changes to be reflected in the macports repositories.
