i assume you are not working with the actual version of pymvpa, right?
I had the the same issue. Just get the newest copy from the repository,
build it and it will work.
git clone git://git.debian.org/git/pkg-exppsy/pymvpa.git

Hi,
I'm trying to run the event related
tutorial: http://www.pymvpa.org/examples/eventrelated.html
The script stops with the error message: AttributeError:
'SampleAttributes' object has no attribute 'toEvents'
Any idea what could go wrong?
