Hi, Is there way to convert the Nifti Dataset into an ndarray? I need this because I am trying to produce the dissimilarity matrix using the following function
dsm = DSMatrix(dataset, 'spearman') Currently, my dataset looks like this Dataset / float32 1260 x 46754 uniq: 8 chunks 8 labels Thanks in advance. -Geethmala
