Dear all, I ran the most basic classification of SVD-mapped datasets script ( http://www.pymvpa.org/examples/svdclf.html) and was wondering how to output in the result *which* voxels are included in the first 5 components and also next in the first 30? Is there any command that would let me know what voxels are included in the output (map2nifti of sorts?) I really appreciate your help!
