Dear Yaroslav, you are right: both have value 1,2222 as scl_slope!! How can I prevent this bias caused by the Map2Nifti? Is it possible to change the value to 1 in the Map2Nifti in order to copy the exact results from the sl_map to the resulting nifti?? Best, Nynke
