Hello all, I have a question regarding GLMNET. I tried to import this by using: from mvpa.clfs.glmnet import GLMNET_R,GLMNET_C. However, when doing this, I get the error that "there is no package called 'lars'" so I gues that lars is a prerequisite for using GLMNET. I tried to find lars with R --> install.packages() but lars is not in the list with the available packages. Can you tell me where I can find lars? BTW: I use Neurodebian on the virtual box.
