Hello, I am attempting to use pymvpa's searchlight capabilities on a computing cluster that runs Sun Grid Engine for queuing jobs. I am able to change the number of subprocesses used by changing the nproc value in sphere_searchlight, but I am unsure of how to get Grid Engine to request the same number of slots on the cluster for the job. Has anyone successfully used sphere_searchlight with Grid Engine in the past?
