We are using linux as well. We tried your advise and everything works properly. Only one minor note. In the syntax you sent us should be specified the option alignment , thus: hyper =Hyperalignment(alignment=ProcrusteanMapper(svd='dgesvd',space='commonspace')) ps: I am replying with a new message because yesterday I received only the digest.
