Hi, I've conducted a 2-class searchlight (radius 3) based classification in which the BOLD data was based on individual V1 anatomy. The individual analyses seemed to run fine. What I am struggling now is to find the best way in which to do the second-level group analyses based on the individual search accuracies. What i did was to normalize the individual accuracy maps onto MNI space and then carry a one-sample t test against 0.5. My concern is that because each individual V1 is different to the other individuals (no one to one mapping), the inputs fed onto the group analyses will contain voxels with empty values for some subjects but not for others and this may perhaps reduce the sensitivity of my analyses. Any advise/commment would be useful? is it just fine to do it like that?
best, david
