Anyway! There are now quite a few packages uploaded with you in the Uploaders field and I uploaded the last bunch of packages in your name, see e.g. [0]. But a new DM application will probably fail again, because you need a 4096 RSA key and yours is only 2048. So get a create a new key, get a new sign and update the application with the new key.
