https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=python-affine Looks like xarray-safe-s1 & xsar have dependencies which are no longer available on big-endian. I don't think skipping s390x for these packages via autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild.conf is appropriate if dependencies cause the install ability issues. I suspect the reference job succeeds because the dependencies in question are being prevented from migrating, the failing jobs pull in many deps.
