xwininfo show the window has: Width: 813 Height: 146 So we don't need much. There are 22 icons across, most are 32x32. Some are smaller, e.g. zoom.*.gif. Most could be cropped or edited to 30x30 without much damage. Alternate, maybe better: move first 11 icons below last 11 (natural break there), this results in a 2x11 block of icons. It's set at line 76 of vector/v.digit/toolbox.tcl, but I don't know enough tcl to make it into two rows. help?
