I had the very same problem as Andreas last night when trying to build qgis against experimental gdal & openscengraph last night. libhdf5-8 is the latest version in unstable. libhdf5-7 is no longer available. I also had the problem with libjpeg in my pbuilder. Anyway, qgis can wait a bit. There are a few of these new lintian errors to fix anyway!
