While this is probably correct, it is only half of the problem. Ftpmaster found *several other* files with licenses / copyright which are not mentioned in debian/copyright. This needs to be fixed before we could upload again. The code copies would be acceptable to some extend if there would be no way around - if and only if their copyright would be properly specified.
