I see this bug in many airports. I think this may be due to:
1. One way. Disable "Obey oneway streets" checkbox. Then the route will
be found.
2. This roads has tag "highway"="service".
P.S. I try to send bug to upstream author but not get feedback. I hope
mainteiners has connection with upstream.

Based on both the issues Roman reported, the general advice seems to be
to select the waypoints carefully to help Routino find the ways between
them.
I'll close this issue too, as it's not something that can be fixed in
the routino package.
