Package: shellcheck
Version: 0.3.7-1

$ printf '\xf1' > badchar
$ printf 'echo *' > badwildcard
$ locale charmap
UTF-8
$ shellcheck badchar badwildcard
shellcheck: badchar: hGetContents: invalid argument (invalid byte sequence)

I can live with the fact that shellcheck can't check the file with invalid byte sequence, but it should at least proceed with checking the remaining files.
