Description : sbt incremental-compiler util interface (xsbti)
JLine-independent, pure-Java interfaces in the org.scala-sbt util layer
(package xsbti): Logger, Position, Severity, Problem, DiagnosticCode and
related types. They form a stable ABI shared between the Scala compiler, the
zinc incremental compiler and sbt.

This package provides org.scala-sbt:util-interface. It is the pure-Java leaf
of the sbt toolchain (no dependencies) and a build dependency of the sbt
compiler-interface.

Part of re-introducing sbt and a modern Scala to Debian (RFP #1125161; sbt was
removed in 2023, #1035929).
