Indeed, and only then can this bug be closed. Note that there are more sourceless jar files in the libs dir. Among them, commons-beanutils-core.jar, jdom-b9.jar and velocity-dep-1.4.jar are not in Debian, so they might even have more severe license problems (there's a velocity-dep-1.3.1.jar in a documentation package in contrib, though).
