Does it work if you install "Eclipse XML Editors and Tools" from http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/ under the category "Web, XML, and Java EE Development" via eclipse's own plugin installer?
now - with your help (Sun JDK) - I could install "Eclipse XML Editors and Tools", but no changes.
