I could confirm the FTBFS issue however I'm still not sure that jruby is at fault here. libjna-java is not a direct or indirect jruby B-D so I'm not sure from where is coming this missing dependency message. I could just fix this issue by adding the missing B-D but I'm not convinced that's the right solution yet.
