Looks good to me. It should be uploaded to experimental first.
I also rebuilt its reverse build depends and the logs are available
here[2]. If this looks good, we can go about fixing these and
transitioning the same.

For packages outside js-team, please file a bug with severity
important, idealy with patches. Once we fix all of the packages or most
of it and given at least a week's time for people to respond to bugs, I
think we can upload it to unstable and raise severity to serious for
packages still unfixed.
