Severity: important
node-is-reference (build?) depends on transitional package
node-typescript-types.
It should instead depend explicitly on packages corresponding with each
required Node.js module.
Severity raised in the hope that we can drop node-typescript-types soon.

Hi,
the fixed version node-is-reference 1.2.1-3 is already in stable,
testing and unstable, so this bug can go away.
