gulp-util is deprecated upstream and rainloop is one of the last two
packages (other is jquery-at.js) to build depend on node-gulp-util. I'd
like to remove node-gulp-util from the archive.
See https://medium.com/gulpjs/gulp-util-ca3b1f9f9ac5 which recommends
replacing it by fancy-log module.
If you really like to stick with node-gulp-util, please help with
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1010895 which is
blocking an update of node-dateformat.
