Yes, in fact it is a bug. Seems like I uploaded node-step, while libnode-step was already in the archive. Oops. This is what I'll do now: a) ask for removal of node-step source package; b) rename current libnode-step to node-step, and re-upload it to NEW; c) fix rdeps of libnode-step.
