The file node-iscroll-5.1.1/demos/minimap/ermine.jpg does contain a copyright statement [1] but no license. So it seems that this file might not be distributed, at least an entry in debian/copyright is missing. Further lots of images are created by Gimp. Are you sure that there are no xcf-files as preferred form of modification?
