Package: qtcurve Version: 1.9.7+b2 KDE > System Settings > Single click to open files & folders. This is NOT working with "qtcurve" in Dolphin, nor does it work in Konqueror. qtcurve IS working correctly with "Single click" in Debian 10.11, & the latest Kubuntu version 21.10.
