The last upload of qt4-x11, 4:4.8.7+dfsg-8, disables pch on powerpcspe. I uploaded it a few days ago, although the patch has been there for moths (I'm the one to be blamed there, I promised to push it sooner and then it just slipped). Can you try that one?
