Both commits are manual edits. I didn't run in DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_DEBIAN_CONTROL mode. While I like this feature, I considered it unnecessary just for a version bump. What can be generated should be generated, and I had a couple of "regenerate control" commits in the past. I just have to quit being lazy and let cdbs take care of debian/control.
