Hello pkg-multimedia team, A huge thanks for getting stuff like the new JACK 0.120.1 out so quickly.
A couple of questions: Are there plans to update to new JACK Session ready builds of apps that support it like Bristol, Yoshimi, Qtractor etc. in order to have them take advantage of this functionality either with ladish when it matures or Qjackctl which already supports it or pyjacksm which is yet another contender? I also was wondering about the status of pkg-multimedia backports for Squeeze, is it in the works or are there not sufficient human resources or sustainable dependencies in light of all the new developments and libraries in Testing/Sid? These questions are out of curiosity only and certainly not loaded with expectations. The team is doing an incredible job and I know many of you are stretched to the max.
